Staff Questionnaire, May 2025 TEACHER OF DRAMA Required for January 2026 Salary includes London Fringe allowance Closing date for applications: 9am, Monday 6th October 2025 The Drama department at Freman College is housed in a specialist music and drama block, The West End, and has a fully equipped drama studio. This post is to cover a maternity leave and is initially for two terms – although there is scope to extend this for the right candidate. Currently, Drama is a single person department and shares an office with the music department. There is the possibility of a TLR for an exceptional candidate. There are currently two GCSE groups – one in year 10 and one in year 11 and one A level group in year 13. Freman College is an oversubscribed upper school with around 1,050 students in years 9 – 13, including around 280 students in the Sixth Form. Buntingford is a hidden gem in the Hertfordshire countryside – just a quick drive from Stevenage, Baldock, Royston, Cambridge, Bishop’s Stortford, Hertford and Ware – and is situated on the A10 midway between Cambridge and London.
