The Event 2017 - Friday 7th & Saturday 8th July 2017

The Event will be held on Friday 7th and Saturday 8th July 2017.

Entertainment begins at 6.30pm in the courtyard with live music, a licensed bar and our renowned barbecue serving a range of quality local produce.  The main Event begins at 7.30pm in the Hall.

Tickets cost £12.50. To order tickets, please log on to School Gateway (schoolgateway.com) and pay for the number of tickets you require for which evening.  Tickets will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.  Once the Event is full we will remove the item from School Gateway.  Tickets will be distributed via the registers.  E years, Upper Sixth students and former students will be able to collect theirs from the college office 2 days after placing their order.

Please note in the comments box if any disabled / wheelchair access is required.

Tokens for food and drink will be on sale in the Palmer Room for £1.75 each.  We are only able to accept cash or cheques for these.  To give you a general idea, a pint of beer or a glass of wine is 2 tokens, as is a roast pork roll.  A burger or hotdog is one token, as is a glass of coke or lemonade.

If you are unable to use School Gateway, forms are available from the college office.

Please note that smoking is not permitted on the college premises.  In order to help us raise money for the college please make full use of the bar and barbecue rather than bringing your own food or drink to the event.  Children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent/carer.
